Are Rich & George products vegan?

Yes our products are vegan friendly, being 100% plant-based and formulated without animal products.

What fragrances are used in Rich & George products?

We do not use synthetic fragrances, perfumes, or essential oils in our products, only natural oil blends and extracts.

How often should I be using Rich & George products?

We recommend using Clean Slate Cleanser and Get Set Moisturiser every morning and night. Remember, you only need a pea sized amount each time to make all the difference.

Do you provide samples?

Rich & George currently does not provide samples. However, you should be able to test the product at a stockist near you. We also offer returns up to 30 days after purchase if you are not 100% satisfied with the products.

Is it normal to feel a little tingle after the moisturiser? 

It’s perfectly natural to feel a little tingling with some of the active ingredients in our moisturiser. We do recommend doing a patch test first and seeking medical guidance if symptoms become too strong.

How should I store Rich & George products?

We recommend storing them out of direct sunlight in a cool, dark place with the lids closed and the tubes standing upright. 

Can I take Rich & George products on a plane?

Yes, our products are 100ml making them perfect for your carry on (or check in) luggage. They’re small enough to take everywhere with you but big enough to be practical.

Do your products expire?

Our products have a shelf life of 2 years. Just make sure you keep it in a cool, dark place to keep it as its optimum quality.

What is Rich & George product packaging made out of?

Rich & George aims to be as environmentally friendly as possible and reduce carbon emissions where at all possible. Our tubes are made with fully recyclable sugarcane plastic, instead of non-renewable petrochemicals like most plastic. 

Our mailer boxes are made with soybean ink and fully recyclable card.

Where can I buy Rich & George products?

You can purchase Rich & George products direct from this website. We will have a stockist list in New Zealand coming soon.

I'm not in New Zealand. How do I purchase Rich & George products?

We are currently only launching in New Zealand and Australia. Please keep an eye out as we will be offering our products internationally soon.

Can I return my Rich & George product?

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, we offer returns up to 7 days after purchase. Make sure to keep proof of receipt and email hello@richandgeorge.co.nz.
